Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 Hours of receiving your order at support@thetangerinestore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note the following conditions of our return and refund policy
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Bed linen should be unwashed.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps
- Login to your account > My orders > Select the order you wish to return and then click on return. If you wish to return a part of your order or are having difficulties initiating a return please write to us at support@thetangerinestore.com

Additional Information
- Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the returned product reaching our warehouse. Please note your bank might take upto 10 working days to precess the refund.
- Finale sale items include personalised and customised products which cannot be returned.
- We might ask you to send photos of the product you wish to return.
